Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Alicia Keys, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Aretha Franklin, and Incubus, Geneva brings a unique and captivating sound to the music scene.Geneva's journey in music began when she enrolled at the prestigious ACM (Academy of Contemporary Music) college in Guildford, UK in 2009, honing her skills and expanding her musical knowledge. Her passion and talent caught the attention of a wider audience when she participated in the renowned talent show, the X Factor (UK), in 2010. The experience propelled her career forward, and following her time on the show, Geneva released an EP that showcased her versatility and songwriting prowess.
Notably, Geneva's talent caught the ear of prominent figures within the EDM scene. She collaborated with various artists, including the likes of Jupiter Ace, OD Hunte and Miami House Party, contributing her distinct vocals to their tracks. One of her featured songs, "Glowing in the Dark" by Jupiter Ace, garnered attention from the late Avicii, who selected it to be included in his Levels tour. This collaboration showcased Geneva's ability to transcend genres and captivate audiences across diverse musical landscapes.
In addition to her collaborative endeavors, Geneva has performed with some of Malta’s top brass ensembles, bringing her distinctive voice to a diverse repertoire ranging from cherished classics to innovative adaptations of contemporary music. She has made several television appearances in Malta and performed at major events, including Notte Bianca, one of the country’s largest music festivals, which attracts over 80,000 attendees. Her work in this space has led to performances at major festivals, concerts, and high-profile events across the country, including exclusive weddings and private gatherings.
